Lovely friendly staff! Very trustworthy! After bleach reacting with my hair they were extremely quick to ensure nothing bad happened (I signed to say I was happy to not have a strand test) I will defiantly become a regular now and will recommend to anyone! X

Without a doubt, Element5 Hairdresser and beauty is the finest in Southport. The Southport shop offers a brilliant haircut by hairdresser Stephanie Hankin. My wife also attends the hairdressing salon and has bought beauty products. Excellent hairdresser and beauty salon and there is no doubt it is the best Hairdresser and beauty salon in Southport!

Just going there relaxes you, they are all so friendly and give advise on different styles,colour and on how to manage your hair afterwards if you ask, I would highly recommend going there for wether your young or older, and a cup of coffee and biscuit is always offered, plus they have so much more to offer.

I’m not the most confident person and found that going to the hairdressers was stressful until i met Tracy and her team. I love the atmosphere, the knowledge of the staff, the time they take to make sure that I’m getting the best out of my appointment. I come out feeling amazing and looking great. They are also on hand if I have any questions or need advice. Love Element 5 and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

And then I found the gem that is Tracey Badley AKA Element5 Hairdressers and she cut and styled my hair better than Mr Collinge himself. Tracy and her team are brilliant. They always make you feel special from the minute you walk through the door. They give great advice on colours and cut, and I’m always happy with the end result. Jade is excellent with make up,( I haven’t had mine done because of skin sensitivity) but, I have watched her at her craft and seen how beautiful her clients look when she has finished.

I had always worried about having my hair done as I never really liked it. The staff at Elements are awesome they make you feel at ease and my hair never looked or felt so good. All the staff in this salon make you feel like you’re at home. None of the snotty feel you sometimes get at other places. Always made to feel welcome and I love the fact they won’t do anything without running through it and explaining. Nothing is ever too much trouble.

I’ve been going to Elements since I moved to Southport over 4 yrs ago. From the first time I went I was made so welcome and it’s a lovely atmosphere, all the staff are so helpful and nothing is to much for them. When work gets a bit to much I make an appointment for my hair to be done, knowing that when I come home I feel so much better because the whole team are like family to me, and that’s priceless when my own family are miles away. I changed to Element5 after being given a gift voucher for them just after I had my little girl in 2017. From the first day they made you feel like you had known them all for years and so welcoming. No matter who you have they make you walk out looking and feeling a million dollars, plus so relaxed! Been with Joe for a while and he’s ace, so professional. Three years down the line, I now trust them with my daughter’s hair. I wouldn’t go anywhere different now!

Myself hubby and Misty (Collie)have been having our haircut at element5 since moving back to Southport 5years ago,my hair is a bit difficult to cut as it’s curly,Tracey does a brilliant job,all the staff are lovely there is always tea or coffee ☕️ as soon as you arrive
