If a client cancels a colour appointment anything less than 48 hours before a £25.00 surcharge will be added to their next visit.
If a client cancels a Cut & Blow Dry, Make-Up, Brow or Nail appointment anything less than 48 hours before a surcharge of £15 will be added to their next appointment.
